These 7 yummy things makes a great potato salad. But don&#8217;t eat it that often because it is very high in calories and the egg yolks aren&#8217;t so good for your arteries. But it&#8217;s great for a special Summer BBQ.<br \/><img src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn1.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSKhPxrHEeh1U6ozwmGZEMtjpNe5Oy6U9D7RbbtSE-c3t-Qa99IqQ\" \/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<img src=\"http:\/\/www.obsessivecoupondisorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/french.jpg\" \/><br \/>I like to use either red, new potatoes, or Yukon Gold potatoes. Both just seem creamier to me.<\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><img src=\"http:\/\/pattiesplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/bacon-300x240.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">And of course bacon makes everything a little bit better, now doesn&#8217;t it?&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>If I use the red, new potatoes, I don&#8217;t peel off the skins, ever. But sometimes I do with the Yukon Gold, if I&#8217;m not feeling too lazy.<br \/><b><span style=\"color: red; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">Potato Salad Ingredients List:<\/span><\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">13 to 15 small and medium potatoes cut up into bite size chunks so it fills a big salad bowl<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">7 eggs (boiled with the potatoes, then chopped up)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">1 1\/4 cups of good quality mayo<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">3 Tablespoons regular French&#8217;s Mustard<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">4-5 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">3-4 stalks of celery finely sliced (I like that bit of crunch)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">5-7 shakes (to taste) of Salad Seasoning (about 2 teaspoons)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>Seasoning salt and pepper if you need more flavor<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">Top with a few shakes of parsley flakes<\/span><\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><img src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn3.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRuA6gVIWZg-H5ko9OxrkBf6kH2L8OlhIPX8hTGGj16LqAT_iXR\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">It&#8217;s hard to find this stuff sometimes, but it MAKES every single salad better, pasta, potato, spinach&#8230;I use it a LOT!&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" height=\"245\" src=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/images\/blog\/EXID39986\/images\/Red_New_Potatoes-Swain-stock-scxhng(1).jpg\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" width=\"400\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">The best potatoes to use are these red, new potatoes.
